Detectives investigating a firearms discharge in Huddersfield at the weekend are continuing to appeal for witnesses.
The incident happened on Saturday 14 July at around 5:40pm on Great Northern Street where a firearm was discharged and damage was found to two vehicles in the vicinity.
No-one was injured as a result of the incident.
Police have recovered a firearm from the area and three teenagers, aged 16, 17 and 18, were arrested in connection with the incident.
They have been released pending further investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector Chris Gibson, of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said: “Our investigation into the firearms discharge in Huddersfield at the weekend remains ongoing.
“I would like to appeal to members of the public who may have been driving in and out of the area, especially in the Lower Fitzwilliam Street area, near to the Great Northern Retail Park and Leeds Road.
“There was a high volume of people in the area at the time and I would urge people to come forward with any information to assist with our enquiries.”
