Police are appealing for information after hazardous capsules were taken in a burglary from a farm in Holmfirth.
The incident occurred around 12.30am in the early hours of yesterday morning, 10 May, when offenders forced entry into an outbuilding on Cliff Road.
Capsules of phosphine were taken from a secure metal safe in the burglary. The capsules are highly toxic, particularly if they come into contact with water, and are typically used in vermin control.
A quad bike was also stolen in the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the capsules or any suspicious activity in the area to get in touch.
