Two men who were arrested after three people were attacked by dogs in Leeds have been released.
On Saturday 29 September two men, aged 79 and 59, received serious injuries after being bitten.
The incident happened after the men heard two dogs barking in the back garden of a house on Garth Walk in the Moortown area. The dogs are believed to have got out from a separate property nearby.
Police say the 59-year-old has sustained “potentially life-changing injuries”.
A police officer was also bitten while detaining one of the dogs.
Two men, believed to be the dogs’ owners, were arrested but have been released while inquiries continue.
