The second man charged with the murder of Amriz Iqbal in Bradford has pleaded not guilty.
Mohammed Nisar Khan, 40, also known as Meggy, pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted murder at Bradford Crown Court in connection with an incident on Sandford Road, Bradford Moor, on Wednesday 3 October.
Mr Iqbal, 40, from Wetherby, was killed after being hit by a car and attacked. Another man, Amran Ahmed, received minor injuries.
Tony Grant, 38, appeared in court earlier this month and denied murdering Mr Iqbal and attempting to murder Mr Ahmed.
Both suspects have been remanded into custody and will appear at court for a pre-trial review in either December or the new year.
