A 24-year-old man who pleaded guilty to terrorism offences has been charged with breaching his licence conditions after failing to tell police of onward travel on three separate occasions.
Ishaaq Hussain, from Chetwynd Road, Washwood Heath, was released from prison on an order made under Part 4 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2011 after he pleaded guilty to terrorism offences in 2012.
He was arrested on 4 April at Gatwick Airport.
Hussain was remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court.
