Leeds City Museum is asking the public to get creative as part of a campaign being launched on 16 May to mark Dementia Awareness Week.
The campaign invites individuals, groups, and schools to make forget-me-not flowers and then have them displayed in Leeds City Museum.
Adopted as a symbol by the Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Alliance, the forget-me-nots will be used to cover the Brodrick Hall at Leeds City Museum to celebrate the International Day of Older People on 1 October.
Dementia Awareness week runs from the 14 to 21 May.
