Bradford Council is asking for people's views on the Executive's budget proposals for the next two financial years.
From yesterday people can go online and fill in the questionnaire. Paper copies will also be available shortly at libraries and Council customer service centres.
Over the last six years, as a result of cuts in Government funding, increasing demand and rising costs, the Council has budgeted for over £250 million in savings and additional income, including increased Council tax.
Around £112 million savings have been made through improving efficiency and productivity and reducing management and administrative costs. However the scope for future savings in these areas is getting more limited, and is dwarfed by the scale of public spending cuts.
It is estimated that a further £82 million of cuts will have to be found by 2020.
