Police have made further arrests as part of the on-going investigation into the Halloween ‘ride out’ which took place in Leeds on October the 31st where motorbikes were being driven dangerously through the city.
Three men, two aged 27 and one aged 23, have been arrested over the past week on suspicion of conspiracy to cause a public nuisance. They were later released on bail pending further enquiries.
Their arrests were in relation to the incident on Kirkstall Road where motorbikes and quad bikes congregated before a large number were ridden through the city centre, including through pedestrian areas and shopping arcades.
The latest arrests saw six men and a woman arrested. Two other men, aged 28 and 29, were arrested days later after handing themselves in. All nine remain on police bail as does the organiser, a 26-year-old man, who was arrested the day after the incident.
