A mother from Bradford has appeared in court over the death of her child who fell to his death from a sixth-floor window.
18-month-old Elliot Procter died on 21 October 2017 after plunging from an apartment in Newcastle House on Barkerend Road.
Gemma Procter, 23, has been charged with his murder. She appeared via video link at court and spoke only to confirm her name. No plea was entered by the defendant.
A trial date has been fixed for 16 April and Procter will next appear at Bradford Crown Court on 16 March for a further hearing.
