A Bradford mosque worker has been cleared of allegations that he sexually molested two young boys.
At his original trial last year 31 year old Yasir Muhammed Hafiz, who worked at the Madrassah Nur Qur'an mosque, in Parkside Road, pleaded not guilty to nine charges of sexually assaulting a child under 13, and seven of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. That trial collapsed over concerns about an interpreter's translation.
Mr Hafiz, of Daleside Walk, West Bowling, had been due to appear at Court this month for a retrial however the CPS decided to stop the case as the family reportedly no longer supported the prosecution.
