A new programme aimed at improving men’s mental health has been launched in Blackburn with Darwen.
The Men’s Mental Fitness initiative focuses on helping men build resilience, improve wellbeing and develop practical coping strategies.
The programme will include group sessions, activities and discussions designed to encourage open conversations about mental health.
Organisers say the initiative aims to tackle stigma and provide a supportive environment where men feel comfortable speaking about their experiences.
They hope the programme will help improve confidence, strengthen communities and support men’s long-term wellbeing.
