Detectives are appealing for information following a firearms discharge in Leeds.
At 10.09pm on Wednesday 17 February 2021, police received reports of a firearms discharge at a property on Servia Drive, Leeds.
Officers attended and found damage to the front door of the property, consistent with a firearms discharge.
The occupants of the property were present at the time of the incident, but no injuries were sustained.
Detective Inspector Sarah Burton said:
“Thankfully no one has been injured and we believe this to be an isolated incident.”
“We understand that incidents like this can cause concern in the local community and there are an increase high visibility patrols in the area to offer reassurance.”
“The discharge of any firearm is extremely serious and extensive enquiries are underway to find all of those responsible.”
“I would appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with information to contact officers.”
