A new project has been rolled out in some of the most deprived areas of Leeds, targeting anti-social behaviour.
The project gives more decision-making powers to council staff working in poorer areas and, according to Leeds City Council, has already reduced anti-social behaviour and racism in West Leeds.
It is now being launched in areas including Beeston Hill, Holbeck and Seacroft.
