A masked trio tied an elderly woman up as they ransacked her home during a burglary in Stockport.
At around 1.55pm on Monday 29 January, police were called to reports of a burglary on Leegate Road in Heaton Moor.
Three men smashed through the patio doors of the house and were searching for items when the woman returned home.
The 75-year-old woman entered the house and was confronted by three masked men who threw her on the floor before dragging her upstairs.
They demanded her jewellery and also stole cash before tying the woman up and locking her in the bathroom.
When discovered, the victim was treated at the scene for shock.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
