Bradford District’s Safeguarding Week launches today (25 June) with a special community event.
The event is taking place at Holme Wood Connect in BD4 and will showcase and celebrate activities and projects which local community groups have developed and deliver in the Holme Wood area of Bradford.
The week will see more than 50 events take place across the district, which look to offer training and information on safeguarding best practice with an emphasis this year on the issues of grooming, coercion and control.
