A rise in the number of physical attacks has been reported on staff in the Bradford NHS Care Trust.
The figures, obtained by a Freedom of Information request, show there were 571 attacks on staff in the past year, a rise of 21 on the previous 12 months.
The trust provides mental health, community and learning disability services across the area.
A care trust spokesperson said the safety of staff and patients was “always paramount” and they “take any form of physical or non-physical assault very seriously”.
