Staff and pupils at a school in Manchester are being tested for tuberculosis (TB) after a person contracted the disease.
Public Health England (PHE) has said it is "working closely with" St Cuthbert's Primary School in Withington.
The head teacher said precautionary TB screenings for pupils have taken place and staff will also be screened.
PHE said the person with TB was responding well to specialist treatment.
