One of the defendants in a conspiracy to murder shooting trial in Bradford has been cleared of the offence and discharged from the dock.
Sakib Ditta, 24, of Greystones Drive, Keighley, and his three co-accused have all been found not guilty on the judge's direction of the conspiracy to murder charge.
Usman Nawaz, 24, formerly of Oak Lane, Manningham, Bradford, now at an address in Blackburn; Mohammed Yasin, 25, of Braithwaite Avenue, Keighley; pleaded guilty to a new alternative offence of conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The fourth defendant, Hasanain Murtaza, 23, of Highfield Drive, Heaton, Bradford; admitted assisting an offender.
Mr Ditta no longer faces any charges and his involvement in the case is at an end, but the other three defendants will be sentenced on Monday.
