A new memory garden to support people who are affected by dementia will be formally opened at 2.00pm on Wednesday 20 June by the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Cllr Zafar Ali and Keighley Town Mayor, Fulzar Ahmed.
The garden, which is on Church Green in Keighley town centre, has been planted with memory invoking plants and plants that stimulate the sense of smell.
There is a new seating area which contains the Alzheimer’s Society logo in the paving where people can sit quietly and reflect.
