A Huddersfield man is to appear before Kirklees magistrates after being charged in relation to a fatal house fire in 2016.
Kamal Bains, 50, from Birkby in Huddersfield, will appear before Kirklees Magistrates Court on Friday 18 August after being charged with two counts of gross negligence manslaughter.
Three-year-old Logan Taylor and his brother Jake Casey, who was two-years-old, died in the fire on Alder Street, Huddersfield on Saturday 20 February 2016.
