A man has been arrested after gun shots were fired through a shop window in Stretford.
Greater Manchester Police were called to the shop at around 5.30pm on Tuesday (19 June) and recovered a bullet.
Later the same evening armed officers swooped on a silver Land Rover on Bury New Road in Salford.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and he has now been released on bail.
