An investigation has been launched after a woman was raped in Manchester city centre.
Just before 4.00am on Sunday 28 January, police received a report that a woman in her 20s had been raped near to The Printworks.
The woman left a bar in The Printworks to go home, heading towards the exit of Exchange Square when she was sexually assaulted by two men.
They have both been described as white, in their mid-30s and having Manchester accents.
The woman is receiving support from specially trained officers and enquiries into the incident, including examination of CCTV in the area, are ongoing.
