Police have launched an investigation after a hooded man robbed an Aldi in Greater Manchester at gunpoint.
At around 10pm on Saturday, 1 July, police were called to reports that a supermarket on Commercial Road in Hazel Grove had been robbed.
A man approached the store on a bicycle and made his way to the cash point.
He pulled out a handgun and pointed the weapon directly at the cashier, who opened the till for the offender, who then stole a small amount of money.
