A firework allegedly landed on two toddlers on board a bus after being thrown through the window of the vehicle on Manchester’s curry mile.
Witnesses claim the youngsters’ mother grabbed the firework from the pram and threw it to an empty part of the bus before it exploded.
The incident is understood to have taken place on Bonfire Night (5 November) on Wilmslow Road in Rusholme.
No injuries have been reported and Greater Manchester Police are investigating.
