Police are issuing a fresh appeal to trace persons who may have witnessed a fatal collision on Moortown, Leeds.
The Major Collision and Enquiry Team (MCET) would like to speak to the occupants of a small beige commercial vehicle and the occupants of a learner driver vehicle who may have witnessed the incident on the A6120 which resulted in the death of 43-year-old Rachel Watson.
Enquiries remain on going into the collision on the A6120 outer ring road on Saturday February 4th at about 10.21am.
It took place after Mrs Watson, who was running at the time, was in collision with a grey Vauxhall Corsa. The male driver of the Corsa stopped at the scene and has been spoken to by police.
DC Sam Davies said “We are continuing enquiries into this fatal collision and are trying to trace other drivers who may have witnessed what took place. I would ask the occupants of either of these vehicles or anyone who has information about the collision to contact police on 101.”
