People are being asked for their views about a Public Spaces Protection Order which aims to reduce anti-social behaviour in Bradford’s city centre.
Bradford Council and West Yorkshire Police have been enforcing the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for the city centre and surrounding area since April 2017.
The order aims to reduce anti-social behaviour caused through drinking alcohol or using new psychoactive substances (known as legal highs). It was approved by the Council’s Regulatory and Appeals Committee in September 2016.
Now a consultation is being launched to assess how effective the PSPO has been and whether any changes should be made.
