A century-old flag made by a teenage girl to celebrate the end of the First World War has gone on display in Leeds to mark the centenary of the armistice.
Madge Howdill, who was aged 15 at the time, crafted the flag to join jubilant crowds on the streets of Leeds.
The colourful pennant was safely stored in her attic for decades and has now gone on display at Leeds City Museum.
