A Bradford man has been jailed for an episode of road rage.
Tariq Adalat, from Lidget Green, was sent to prison for deliberately using his vehicle to knock down another man.
Bradford Crown Court heard how the 35-year-old drove his car into the legs of Stephen Gill after an argument over a suspected collision on Legrams Lane.
Adalat then drove away from the scene, as members of the public assisted Mr Gill, but was tracked down by officers later after witnesses noted down his car registration.
Adalat pleaded guilty to assaulting Mr Gill, causing him actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.
He was imprisoned for 16 months and banned from driving for two years and eight months.
