More than 20 groups and organisations around Bradford are planning to raise a cuppa to the NHS as it turns 70 on 5 July.
Wards and departments at Bradford Royal Infirmary (BRI) and St Luke’s Hospital (SLH) have also signed up to take part in the NHS Big 7Tea – the charity event to mark NHS70, which will raise money for NHS charities.
Bradford Hospitals’ Charity – the official charity of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT) – is calling on more organisations around Bradford to organise their own Big 7Tea parties. Schools, libraries, GP surgeries or even just groups of friends can register for a fundraising pack, which includes charity bunting and posters.
