Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Spencer of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team said: "We are releasing this CCTV image of the suspect to encourage witnesses to come forward but would also encourage females who may have been subjected to similar incidents in and around the Lovell Park Road area to contact police."
