Security has reportedly been increased around several leading Bollywood stars following the shooting involving actor Tiger Shroff in Mumbai on Sunday 18 October.

According to The Indian Express, additional security arrangements have been introduced outside the homes of Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar as police continue investigating the incident.

Salman Khan has reportedly been provided Y+ category security, while Akshay Kumar is said to be installing protective bulletproof glass at his residence in Juhu.

The developments follow reports that Tiger Shroff may not have been the attackers' original intended target.
