Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is preparing for one of the biggest releases of his career, with Ramayana: Part One reportedly scheduled to arrive in Indian cinemas on 5 November 2026.
According to a report published by NDTV on 7 October, paid preview screenings are expected to take place on 4 November, giving audiences an opportunity to see the film ahead of its wider Indian release.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana.
For UK audiences, the film is currently being reported for release on 6 November, although international dates may still change. The second instalment is planned for Diwali 2027
