Megastar Akshay Kumar has dropped the first look of his much-anticipated film ‘Laxmmi Bomb’. Akshay Kumar transforms into an intimidating transgender woman clad in a red sari.
The Mission Mangal actor unveiled the look on the auspicious occasion of Navratri and said it is a character he is both excited and nervous about and said that life begins at the end of the comfort zone. The look features Akshay Kumar wearing a red sari and a big bindi standing in front of Goddess Durga’s idol.
The film is a remake of blockbuster Tamil horror comedy ‘Kanchana’ and will have choreographer turned director Raghava Lawrence at the helm. Kiara Advani is all set to star opposite Akshay Kumar in the Hindi version.
Akshay Kumar tweeted the first look saying ‘Navratri is about bowing to the inner goddess and celebrating your limitless strength. On the auspicious, I am sharing with you my look as Laxmmi. A character I am both excited and nervous about…but then life begins at the end of our comfort zone..isn’t it? #Laxmmi Bomb
