24-year-old, Matthew Hurd and 35-year-old, Kamram Hanif were charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court
Hurd, of Woodview Terrace, Manningham, and Hanif, of Sewell Road, Laisterdyke, spoke only to confirm their personal details and were remanded into custody ahead of a hearing on the 18th of July.
Three other men aged 27,37 and 56, all from the Bradford area have been placed on Police bail in connection with the incident.
On Friday, West Yorkshire Police's Protective Service's Operations division exercised a planned operation and stopped a car in Canal Road, Bradford at around 4.30pm.
The found a number of drugs in the vehicle and then raided an address in Woodview Terrace Manningham.
Police say millions of pounds worth of what they believe to be heroin was seized.
