Two men have been charged with murder and attempted murder following a fatal shooting in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Jay Cornforth, 22, of Ashton Old Road, Manchester and Charlie Atkinson, 26, of Stamford Drive, Tameside have been charged with murder and attempted murder.
The charges relate to an incident on Wednesday 13 June on Birch Street.
Luke Paul Graham, 31, was discovered with gunshots wounds and taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Another man in his 20s presented himself at hospital later that day with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was discharged from hospital following treatment.
