Police have arrested three teenagers after a man was stabbed in Oldham.
Two 17-year-olds and one 16-year-old have been arrested on suspicion of assault.
At around 5:45pm on Monday 7 August, police were called by the ambulance service to Spencer Street to reports that a man had been stabbed.
A 54-year-old man was taken to hospital with a number of stab wounds to his back and chest and remains in a critical condition.
The incident is believed to have happened in and around the Moorby Street area before the victim made his way to Spencer Street.
The investigation is currently ongoing and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
