Two Bradford-area nurseries are among 37 Partou settings nationwide to be awarded the prestigious Reputation ‘900 Club’ status, recognising exceptional customer satisfaction and trust.
urseries in the Bradford district have been recognised with one of the childcare sector’s highest honours for customer satisfaction and trust.
A total of 37 nurseries operated by Partou have been awarded Reputation’s exclusive ‘900 Club’ status, including Woodlands House in Idle and Woodlands Park in Apperley Bridge.
The award is regarded as the gold standard for elite customer satisfaction and brand trust. Performance is assessed using a wide range of online data, including customer reviews, social media engagement, surveys, reach and visibility.
Reputation, a management platform that helps businesses monitor and improve their online presence, launched the ‘900 Club’ award in 2025. It is based on a Reputation Score that reflects how effectively organisations gather, understand and act on customer feedback to deliver exceptional experiences.
The ‘900 Club’ builds on Reputation’s existing ‘800 Award’, with only 0.8 per cent of Reputation-powered locations achieving the higher status in 2025.
Reputation’s Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Anthony Gaskell, praised the achievement, saying the recognition reflected the dedication of Partou’s teams to delivering world-class early years education.
Partou’s Managing Director, Samantha Rhodes, said the organisation places strong emphasis on continuous development for both children and staff, with family feedback playing a key role in raising standards across all settings.
Partou is one of the UK’s largest day nursery providers and forms part of a leading childcare group based in the Netherlands.
