Police are appealing for dashcam footage after a man was thrown from a motorcycle in Ashton-under-Lyne.
At 8.05pm on Saturday 17 February, a silver Ford KA was travelling along Ladbrooke Road, approaching the junction with Union Road.
As the car began to turn right into Union Road, it was involved in a collision with an orange-coloured off-road Honda motorcycle that had come from the Curzon Road direction.
The impact of the collision caused the rider of the motorcycle, a 19-year-old man, to be “projected along the carriageway”, where he then collided with the rear of a parked black Nissan Qashqai.
He was taken to hospital with a number of serious injuries where he remains in a critical condition.
Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
