A teenager has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a man who was seriously injured outside a McDonalds in Huddersfield.
The incident happened on 1 October outside the Kirkgate premises, where Graham Bell suffered serious head injuries following an assault and later died in hospital.
A 16-year-old male, from Huddersfield, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with the manslaughter of Mr Bell, aged 37.
He will appear at Leeds Youth Court on 28 November.
