A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after three students were robbed of their mobile phones whilst playing on the Pokemon Go App in Manchester.
The students were searching for Pokemon in Hulme when the boy allegedly robbed their phones on Friday evening.
The teenager was arrested on Saturday following a police pursuit through the city centre on suspicion of involvement in the robbery and cannabis dealing.
He has now been released on Police bail.
The incident comes just one day after Greater Manchester Police warned about the risks of criminals taking advantage of the new craze.
Officers have warned that users are setting up beacons which attracts other players to specific locations
