A man from Stockport has been charged over a widely shared video depicting child abuse.
The content, which has been circulated on social media, involves indecent images of two children.
Two Hampshire children have been identified and spoken to in connection with the footage.
Daniel Norton, 25, from Cheadle, Stockport, has been charged with inciting a girl aged 13-15 to engage in sexual activity.
He also faces three counts of making indecent photographs of a child and one count of distributing an indecent image of a child and is due before Southampton magistrates.
