A 46 year old man who was caught on film fly-tipping with his 12 year old nephew and 13 year old son has been ordered to pay £2,255.
Raja Mohammed Jamshaid Younis claimed he had been turned away from a tip with his lino, a chair and cardboard boxes because the items were from a rental property.
So, Salford and Manchester Magistrates Court was told, Younis drove to Dickinson Street, Salford to dump the items handing each item down from the van to the children to fly-tip.
Mr Younis, of Endon Drive, Chorlton, failed to attend court back in August and was arrested last week on a warrant.
He pleaded guilty to one offence of fly-tipping and was fined £1250, ordered to pay costs and compensation of £880 and a victim surcharge of £125.
