West Yorkshire Police say they are continuing to investigate the alleged assault of a 13-year-old boy in Castleford.
The incident is claimed to have taken place on Sagar Street on Sunday (27 May) evening and is reported to have caused concern amongst residents.
Detectives are urging people not to share pictures or video on social media as it could "undermine" their investigation.
