Police investigating the double shooting in Liversedge on Monday, 4 November, have charged a 30-year-old man from the Dewsbury area with conspiracy to commit murder.
Khamier Masood was due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court earlier today.
This charge comes following a series of arrests relating to the incident, with police apprehending four men aged between 24 and 32-years-old.
A 24 and a 25-year-old man have since been released under investigation in connection with the shootings.
The 32-year-old man, identified as Umar Ditta, from Wakefield, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, and was remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning.
The aftermath of the incident left two men seriously injured. The shootings occurred in Liversedge on the evening of 4 November, with police officers responding to reports of a firearms incident at 7.10pm on Huddersfield Road.
