Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Bradford.
At about 5.12pm yesterday (Monday), a 32-year-old woman was crossing Hall Ings when she was in collision with a blue Toyota Hiace at the junction with Bridge Street.
The woman suffered ankle, head and chest injuries and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary, where her condition today is said to be stable.
The driver, a 45-year-old man, has been spoken to and enquiries are continuing.
The Hiace is believed to have been travelling towards Hall Ings from Jacob's Well. The woman is believed to have been crossing the road close to St George's Hall.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the movements of either prior to the collision.
