Police are appealing for information following reports of a suspicious incident in Leeds on Friday night, 9 June.
Shortly after 9pm officers received a call from a man who reported seeing a woman being bundled into a car by four men at the junction of Harehills Lane and Brookfield Avenue.
He followed the car as it drove onto Roundhay Road but lost sight of it near to Oakwood Clock.
Officers went to the area and identified other witnesses who gave similar accounts.
Detectives are continuing enquiries to identify the people and the vehicle involved, which was said to be a small, black, five-door car, possibly a Peugeot. Those involved have been described as being possibly eastern European.
