Police are appealing for information after a female cyclist was injured in an incident in Greetland, Halifax.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident in which a woman appears to have fallen from her bicycle on the B6113 Greetland Road near to Cut Edge Farm on Sunday (9 April 2017).
The incident took place at about 10.15am while the victim, a 52-year-old woman, was cycling with a man.
It is believed she fell from her bike while the man was ahead and out of view, having possibly suffered a medical episode.
The woman was taken to Leeds General Infirmary where she is stable with serious but none life threatening injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact PC Julian Ingham of the Safe Roads and Neighbourhood Support team on 101.
