Plans have been submitted to Bradford Council to convert a derelict city centre warehouse building into flats.
The Grade II listed building on Quebec Street, located behind the former Odeon, has lain empty for several years.
Now Aiman Hamayel has submitted a new planning application to convert the building into apartments.
A structural engineer’s report detailed that the property is “in need of significant works to ensure the long-term serviceability and stability of the unit.”
The report says the refurbishment would lead to “limited discernible impact” on the building’s defining features.
A decision on the proposal is expected to be made by Bradford Council next month.
