Voluntary and community service organisations, charities and Council staff are meeting in City Hall to make sure more people in the district get the financial support they need.
Delegates today, 30 October, will also be informed about the forthcoming welfare changes, such as the full roll out of Universal Credit, due to be implemented in the Bradford District in March 2018.
The conference will also launch Bradford's first Manage Your Money Week (30 Oct- 3 Nov 2017), a series of activities providing financial and welfare advice at local shopping centres.
