Mother-of-one Jodie Willsher, suffered multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at the supermarket store in Skipton, where she had been working on the 21st December.
44-year-old Neville Hord from Bradford has been charged with the murder.
Neville Hord, spoke only to confirm his full name, date of birth and British nationality during a short hearing at Leeds Crown Court on Thursday.
He will appear at Bradford Crown Court on 26th January to be sentenced.
